New Executive Director Announcement

We are pleased to announce that Joe Testa will assume the role of Executive Director of the Card Coalition effective June 1, 2026. Joe formerly served as Vice President of Government Relations at American Express. His two decades of payments industry state government relations experience include representing Capital One, Discover, and the American Transaction Processors Coalition. Joe was honored with the Card Coalition’s Jo Kittner Memorial Award of Excellence, which recognizes excellence, leadership, and the highest ethical standards.
